The Balloon Time Helium tank includes a bag of 50-9″ balloons in assorted colors and a spool of ribbon. Purchase additional balloons separately and enjoy the freedom to mix and match colors, shapes and styles for custom decorations.

HINT: The tank may be hard to open the first time. You can use a wrench to open the valve if needed. The handwheel is mechanically tightened in order to prevent leaks during shipment, and sometimes it’s necessary to use a wrench to open it the first time. Turn the green handwheel counterclockwise to open.
